Deirdre H. Hill is an incumbent judge on the Superior Court of Los Angeles County. She received a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1983 and a J.D. from Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 1985. After being admitted to the California bar in 1987, she worked in business law. She later served as President of the Board of Police Commissioners for the Los Angeles Police Department and as Inspector General for the LAPD. She was appointed to the bench in 1999 by Governor Gray Davis. Her current term is set to end on January 4, 2027.
