Denise Crosswhite Hader, born in Oklahoma City in 1965, has served as the Republican State Representative for Oklahoma House District 41 since 2018. A fifth-generation Oklahoman from Piedmont, she is married with two daughters and three grandchildren. Her career before public office included roles as a field representative for U.S. Rep. Ernest Istook, a legislative assistant in the Oklahoma House, and work at the Oklahoma Department of Labor and as a commercial property analyst. She currently serves as Majority Caucus Secretary and Assistant Majority Whip. A notable legislative achievement includes authoring HB3704, related to the federal Education Freedom Tax Credit. She is seeking re-election in 2026.
