Don Tracy (born Donald Tracy in Urbana, Illinois) is an Illinois attorney, businessman, and Republican politician. Raised in Mount Sterling, he earned a B.S. from Arizona State University and a J.D. from the University of Memphis. He is a partner at the Springfield law firm Brown, Hay & Stephens and has served as general outside counsel to Dot Foods. Tracy chaired the Illinois Gaming Board (2015–2019) and the Illinois Republican Party (2021–2024), and unsuccessfully sought the Republican nomination for lieutenant governor in 2010. He is the Republican nominee for U.S. Senate in 2026.
