Douglas Frazier is a Gulf War veteran who served in the United States Army as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. He has also worked with the United States Secret Service, Technical Security Division, and as a Cincinnati Police Officer. Frazier holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Criminal Justice from Xavier University and a Master's in Public Administration from Villanova University. He has lived in the community for 25 years and has two children in the district.
