Dwayne Romero is a U.S. Army combat veteran, small business owner, and Democratic candidate for Colorado's Third Congressional District. A West Point graduate and Army Corps of Engineers officer who earned a Bronze Star in the Persian Gulf War, he later served as Colorado's Director of Economic Development, an Aspen city councilmember, and a local school board president. He and his wife Margaret have lived and worked in Colorado for more than 35 years and have three daughters.
