Eldon S. Willing is a Republican candidate running for the Somerset County Board of County Commissioners in Maryland, representing District 3. He was first elected to the Board of County Commissioners in 2018, officially taking office on December 3. During his tenure, Willing has served on the Somerset County Board of Health and the Roads Board. He has also held several leadership roles on the Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland, including serving as its chair from 2023 to 2024. Outside of his work in local government, Willing is a mechanic and the co-owner and operator of Scott's Cove Marina in Chance, Maryland.
