Elisabeth J. "Lisa" Baker is the incumbent Republican member of the Pennsylvania State Senate, representing District 20 since 2007. Prior to her election, she worked on the staff of her predecessor, Senator Charles Lemmond, and in the administrations of Governors Tom Ridge and Mark Schweiker. Baker earned a bachelor's degree in government administration from Shippensburg University. She currently resides in Lehman Township and serves on several committees, including chairing the Judiciary Committee.
