A top priority was lowering the cost of living by cutting wasteful federal spending, reducing regulations, expanding domestic energy production, increasing housing supply, and strengthening competition to fight inflation.
“Congress should reduce unnecessary regulations, encourage domestic energy production, support small businesses, increase housing supply, strengthen competition, improve workforce development, and control excessive federal spending that contributes to inflationary pressures.”

Supported securing the border and enforcing immigration laws, stopping drug and human trafficking and deporting violent criminals, while welcoming legal immigrants who work hard, obey the law, and contribute to their communities.
“America should welcome legal immigrants who want to work hard, obey our laws, contribute to our communities”
Tek's signature proposal was a regional storm-surge barrier system for Tampa Bay ('the Batman Vision'), shifting from reactive disaster response to proactive flood protection for homes, businesses, public infrastructure, and fresh water supplies.
“I would introduce legislation creating a federal partnership to help develop major storm surge protection projects, beginning with Tampa Bay.”
Ran on a 'Law and Order' platform: backing law enforcement with resources and respect, cracking down on violent crime and repeat offenders, enforcing immigration laws, and standing with victims to restore public safety.
“Support law enforcement with the resources and respect they deserve”
