Felicia M. Hopkins

Felicia M. Hopkins, a dedicated community leader, is a Democratic candidate for the Harford County Democratic Central Committee. Employed as an Administrative Specialist at the Harford County Health Department, she has a proven track record of service. Hopkins is the founder of the Youth Enrichment Society (Y.E.S.), a nonprofit organization committed to assisting underserved young people in the community. In recognition of her significant contributions, she was honored with the Outstanding Past Graduate award by the Harford Leadership Academy Alumni Association for her exceptional community service and leadership on various community boards. She also serves on the Harford County Community Leadership Board of The Y in Central Maryland.
