Francine Pfeffer is a long-time resident of Montgomery Township. She holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and French from the University of Delaware and a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University. She began her career as a high school history teacher and later worked as a school librarian before becoming a lobbyist for the New Jersey Education Association in 2007. She is also the past president of Congregation Kehilat Shalom.
