Francis Gavin is the current President of the Allamuchy Board of Education, with his term ending in 2025. He has over 25 years of public service, including six years as the Mayor of Allamuchy Township and 20 years on the Board of Education, 15 of which were as president. He has also served on the Hackettstown Board of Education. Gavin earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School and an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University.
