Frank Bartz

N. Franklin "Frank" Bartz is a Republican candidate for Register of Wills in Caroline County, Maryland. Raised in Henderson, Bartz graduated from North Caroline High School in 1992. He later attended Chesapeake College and the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering. A first-generation auctioneer, Bartz owns and operates the Delaware Auction Center in Clayton, Delaware, and served as President of the Auctioneers Association of Maryland. He brings a strong record of local government experience, having been elected to the Caroline County Commission in 2022. Bartz resides in Denton with his wife, Jennifer, and is an active member of the Greater Impact Church in Greensboro.
