Frank Glover

Frank Glover is a Republican candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates in Legislative District 12A. His career is rooted in finance and venture capital, having served as the Senior Director of Venture Funds at TEDCO, Maryland's economic engine for technology companies. Glover is also the founder of Odin Ventures, a pre-seed studio, and is a small-business owner. His previous experience includes working as an associate at the global venture investment firm Greenspring Associates, as well as roles at Barclays Capital and Piper Jaffray. He earned an International MBA from the University of South Carolina's Moore School of Business and a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
