A Thomasville High School graduate, he has a diverse background including roles as a marketing and safety director, commercial pilot, and certified nursing assistant. He has also served on the Monroe County Economic Development Council and as a sheriff's department chaplain. Kelley seeks to bring change after a narrow 2022 loss, aiming to address population and job loss in the district. Aligning with the Republican Party, he advocates for family values, a strong military, and a robust economy. He commits to supporting schools, hospitals, law enforcement, and the Monroe County Animal Shelter.
