Fred M. Price, Jr.

Fred M. Price, Jr. is a Republican candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates in Legislative District 47A. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, on July 12, 1940, Price is a resident of Cheverly, Maryland, and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. His professional career was with the federal government, from which he retired from the Treasury Department's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. He previously held local office as a Cheverly Town Councilperson from 1984 to 1986. Price has also been actively involved in community advocacy through the NAACP at the county, state, and regional levels. He previously ran for the House of Delegates in 2014, and his current candidacy continues his long-standing commitment to public service, which spans military, federal, and local roles.
