Gail A. Kelly, a Franklin Lakes resident, is a Republican Councilwoman elected to the Franklin Lakes Town Council in 2021. She is deeply engaged in her community, serving as President of the Franklin Lakes Newcomers & Neighbors Club and Library Board Foundation, and contributing to local foundations and youth organizations like the Girl Scouts and Lions Club. Kelly also holds the Vice Presidency of the Franklin Lakes Republican Club. With three decades of experience as a telecommunications director, she holds a BA in Business Communication and a New Jersey Broker’s License. Married with nine children, she previously ran for Franklin Lakes Mayor in 2022, campaigning on integrity.
