George Joseph "Mike" Kelly Jr. is an American politician and businessman serving as the U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania's 16th congressional district. A member of the Republican Party, he first assumed office in 2011, originally representing the 3rd district. Before his election to Congress, Kelly owned and operated his family's automobile dealership in Butler, Pennsylvania, and served on the Butler City Council. He serves on the House Ways and Means Committee.
