Gracey Van Der Mark is a member of the Huntington Beach City Council and a former mayor. The daughter of immigrants from Ecuador and Mexico, she was raised in Los Angeles before moving to Huntington Beach. Van Der Mark and her husband are small business owners in property management. She previously served on the Huntington Beach Finance Commission and local school bond oversight committees. Elected to the city council in 2022, she is now running for California State Assembly District 72.
