Gregory W. Porter is the incumbent State Representative for Indiana House District 96, a position he has held since 1992. He serves as the ranking minority member of the House Ways and Means Committee and is a voting member of the State Budget Committee. Porter also works as the Senior Vice President of External Affairs at Health and Hospital Corporations of Marion County. A native of Indianapolis, he holds a Bachelor of Arts from Earlham College and graduated from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government Executive Program.
