Heidi Kader is a graduate of Wayzata Public Schools and a parent to three children currently in the district. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Minnesota and owns a medical device clinical research consulting firm. Kader has previously served as an adjunct professor in a graduate public health program. Her volunteer experience in the district includes serving as a board member of the Wayzata Education Fund and developing a 'No Kid Hungry' proposal to address lunch shaming. She resides in Plymouth with her family.
