Hipolito Angel Cerros is a candidate for the California State Assembly, representing District 33 [1.3]. He previously served as the Mayor of Lindsay, California, becoming the city's youngest mayor in 2022 before transitioning to a city councilmember role in 2024. Cerros is a first-generation college graduate, holding an undergraduate degree in Science & Technology Studies from UC Davis. He currently works as an Operations Coordinator at the California Volunteers Fund and is a Public Policy Fellow.
