Howard Knepper is a 40-year resident of Haywood County and a businessman and real estate investor. He has a 40-year career as a mortgage broker and is the owner of the Philly Italian Pasta and Sub franchise corporation in Canton. His father was an executive at Wellco Shoe Enterprises in Waynesville. Knepper has also served as a Guardian Ad Litem for the 11th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, advocating for abused and neglected children. He has previously run for U.S. Senate in Florida.
