He earned a high school diploma from Clearfield High School and has professional experience in risk management. Parrish ran on a platform focused on restoring fiscal responsibility and justice. His key policy positions included advocating for a universal Medicare-style healthcare system to lower costs and expand coverage, supporting lower prescription drug prices, and protecting personal medical freedom. He also aimed to address the national debt, fix broken trade policies to reduce the cost of living, and strengthen local care providers. He was eliminated at the Democratic convention on April 25, 2026, and subsequently withdrew from the primary.
