J. Travis Breeding

J. Travis Breeding is a Republican serving as the President of the County Commissioners for Caroline County, Maryland, having been first elected to the board in 2022. A lifelong resident of Caroline County, Breeding graduated from North Caroline High School in 2000. Professionally, he works for his family's civil construction business, Rick Breeding Excavating, Inc., where he oversees operations such as estimating and scheduling. Deeply invested in his community, Breeding has served as a local baseball coach since 2001 and acts as treasurer for American Legion Baseball. He and his wife, Rachel, reside near Preston with their three children.
