Jason García

Jason García is a long-time resident of Minneapolis and a parent of a Minneapolis Public Schools graduate. In his career, he works with local farmers, many of whom are immigrants and BIPOC growers, to help them find markets and support schools and hunger relief efforts. He has served on the Lowry Hill East Neighborhood Association (LHENA) board and has volunteered as a clinic escort for Planned Parenthood. García has also been involved in organizing community events in parks to bring people together.
