Jeff Haggerty is a candidate for St. Paul Park City Council At-large in St. Paul Park, Minnesota — 2025 General Election. Running as Nonpartisan.

Jeff Haggerty is a lifelong resident of St. Paul Park, Minnesota. He attended Pullman Elementary, Ultman Junior High, and graduated from Park High School and later the University of Minnesota. He is married with six children. Haggerty has worked as an engineer at several medical device companies and currently works at Abbott Laboratories in Little Canada, designing and manufacturing heart valves. He previously served on the city's planning commission before being elected to the city council. In April 2025, he was appointed to fill a vacant council seat, with council members citing his strong community ties and previous council experience.
