Jeffrey Conaway

Jeffrey Conaway is a U.S. Navy veteran who served from 1983 until his retirement as a Chief Petty Officer in 2006. His service included deployments during Operation Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom. After retiring, he accepted a position at the Naval Medical Center on Camp Lejeune as a Contract Surveillance Representative. Prior to being elected Commissioner, he served on the Historical Commission, Planning and Zoning Board, and the Board of Adjustment. He is also a member of the Swansboro Historical Association and has served as Vice Chairman on the Board of Trustees at Swansboro United Methodist Church.
