Jen Dailey-Provost is an incumbent Utah State House Representative for District 22 and the House Minority Whip. She holds degrees in business, including an MBA, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Health at the University of Utah, where she also serves as teaching faculty. Her professional background includes leadership roles as executive director of the Utah Academy of Family Physicians and director of governmental affairs, in addition to human resources. Motivated by her work in healthcare and public health advocacy, her policy priorities include patient access to healthcare, reproductive rights, social determinants of health, air quality, education, racial and gender justice, and affordable childcare. She has successfully championed legislation addressing healthcare access for marginalized communities, police reform, support for individuals with disabilities, and improvements to the state's medical cannabis program.
