Jessica Feldmark is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 12A in Howard County. She assumed office in 2019, bringing extensive experience in public service. Prior to her election, Feldmark served as Chief of Staff to the Howard County Executive and as County Council Administrator, gaining deep insight into local governance. In the legislature, she has been a member of the Ways and Means Committee and is active in several caucuses, including the Women Legislators of Maryland and the Maryland Legislative Latino Caucus. Feldmark earned a bachelor's degree in sociology and international relations from Goucher College and a master's degree in organization development from American University.
