Jessica Swartz is an attorney and Democratic candidate for the Michigan House of Representatives representing District 41. Born in Grand Rapids, she earned her bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and her law degree from American University Washington College of Law. Swartz has worked as an appellate attorney for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and as deputy general counsel at Western Michigan University. She previously ran for Michigan's 4th Congressional District in 2024.
