Jim Engelking

Jim Engelking is a retired IT consulting executive with a degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota. He has lived in St. Louis Park for ten years and has been actively involved in the community, serving as President of the Brookside Neighborhood Association, an election judge, and a volunteer and board member at STEP, a local food shelf. After retiring, he completed a culinary arts program and assisted the non-profit Good Grocer with its restaurant license and prepared food offerings. His professional background involved helping organizations analyze and optimize complex systems.
