Joel Anabilah-Azumah is a small business owner and the head coach of the men's volleyball team at Brooklyn College. A native of New York, he earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Union College in 2005. Anabilah-Azumah is the founder and owner of TransportAzumah, a bus service company in the New York City area. He has previously run for the U.S. House of Representatives in New York's 9th Congressional District and is a candidate in the 2026 Republican primary for the same seat.
