Joey Andrews is an American politician serving as a member of the Michigan House of Representatives for the 38th district. A member of the Democratic Party, Andrews assumed office in January 2023. Born and raised in St. Joseph, Michigan, he earned a bachelor's degree in history and music from Carson-Newman University and a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University. Before his election, he was a small business owner, policy analyst for the Michigan AFL-CIO, and a regional coordinator for the Biden 2020 campaign.
