John Barrow has been a resident of Kernersville for 65 years and has practiced law in the town since 1991. He is a graduate of East Forsyth Senior High School, the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. During his legal career, he has served as the President of the Forsyth County Criminal Defense Bar twice. He and his wife, Shelly, have three sons who graduated from Kernersville schools.
