J. Brian Ratledge is the incumbent judge for District 10D Seat 2 of the North Carolina 10th Judicial District, having assumed office on January 1, 2019. His current term is set to end on December 31, 2026. He won re-election in the general election on November 8, 2022. Before becoming a judge, he had extensive legal experience, primarily in District Court, and established the Ratledge Law Firm, PLLC, in 2008. He also served for three years on the Wake County Board of Elections.
