He earned a bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy in 2017 and served in the U.S. Army from 2017 to 2023. Wick has been affiliated with the Hillsborough Republican Executive Committee. He ran as a Republican candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives to represent Florida's 14th Congressional District in 2026 before withdrawing from the primary.
