Robert "Rocky" Rochford is a retired U.S. Navy Captain who served for over 33 years from 1985 to 2018. He earned a bachelor's degree from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 1985 and a master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College in 2011. A resident of Hillsborough County since 1989, Rochford is running for election to the U.S. House of Representatives to represent Florida's 14th Congressional District.
