Jordan S. Conley

Jordan S. Conley is a 47-year-old teacher, coach, and fitness trainer from Oʻahu running as the Green Party candidate for Hawaii's 1st Congressional District. He has worked as a group fitness instructor for Hawaii Pacific Health for more than 12 years, teaches fitness classes at the Leeward YMCA and at a middle school in Kalihi, and previously served on the Aiea Neighborhood Board. In September 2016 he founded Hapa Mana, a nonprofit aimed at integrating society across income and social barriers. His stated top priorities include universal health care, non-violence and an anti-war foreign policy, a housing-first approach to homelessness, expanding public education from pre-K through college/trade school, food production and knowledge, a living wage or universal basic income, ranked choice voting, campaign finance reform, and removing the military presence from Hawaii and other countries.
