Joseph Schachnuk, also known as Mike Schachnuk, was born on May 5, 1958, in Baltimore City, Maryland. He graduated from Severna Park High School and earned an associate's degree in Business and Automotive Technology from Alleghany Community College of Maryland in 1978. He has over 42 years of experience in customer service and business. He previously served as President of the Chesapeake Power Boat Association and President of the Chrysler Corp Service and Parts Guild.
