Joshua Hirsh is a Democratic leader running for the Howard County Democratic Central Committee in Maryland. A longtime county resident, he earned a political science degree with Phi Theta Kappa Honors from Howard Community College. Living with cerebral palsy, Hirsh is a fierce disability rights advocate, earning an appointment to the Howard County Commission on Disabilities in 2020. His extensive political background includes serving as Vice President of the Young Democrats of Howard County and interning at the County Council. Elected to the Central Committee in 2022, Hirsh continues to advance inclusive Democratic values across his community.
