Previously, he served as a Senior Internal Auditor at Ferrovial US, overseeing financial controls for major infrastructure projects. Rosales is also the President of Break-Thru Tennessee, a non-profit dedicated to providing essentials to underserved communities across the state, and a commissioner with the Tennessee Human Rights Commission. His work emphasizes resilience, operational integrity, and a deep commitment to community service.
