Juan Arango-Millan is a Brentwood Town Councilmember, former educator, and workforce development professional running for the District 3 seat on the Prince George’s County Board of Education. Having navigated housing instability and the foster care system while helping raise his younger siblings, Juan experienced firsthand how public schools and dedicated teachers serve as essential lifelines for vulnerable families. A proud alumnus of Salisbury University, he has dedicated his career to public service, working directly with youth in detention centers, supporting families overcoming domestic violence, and helping residents build sustainable livelihoods. Today, he combines his classroom experience with his municipal governance background to fight for fully funded schools, modern facilities, expanded career and technical education, and culturally competent support systems that give every student and family a real chance to succeed.
