Dr. Juliet Agocha is a Democratic candidate for Prince George's County Council, District 4. An 18-year resident of the county, she is a mother and business owner with a Ph.D. in Leadership. Her platform prioritizes affordable housing, early childhood education, and support for small businesses, issues informed by her personal experience with homelessness in 2009. Dr. Agocha has over a decade of governance and policy experience, including managing multi-million dollar budgets for the World Bank and leading initiatives for the USPS. She also played a role in implementing the Maryland Health Connection to expand access to affordable healthcare.
