Juliet Fisher serves as a Democratic Judge of the Orphans' Court in Baltimore County, Maryland. First appointed by Governor Martin O'Malley in April 2014, she successfully won election later that year to retain her seat for a full term. Prior to her judicial appointment, Fisher worked as a civil mediator in the circuit courts and as a mediation coordinator for the Orphans' Court between 2006 and 2014. She also researched guardianship issues as a legal assistant. In her private career, Fisher owns Towson Mediation Services to help clients resolve family disputes and volunteers as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau.
