Michelle Arvin-Greer is a Democratic candidate for Judge of the Orphans' Court in Baltimore County, Maryland. Appointed to the bench by Governor Wes Moore in May 2024, she made history as the court's first Black judge. Prior to her appointment, Arvin-Greer worked as a practicing attorney, mediator, and an adjunct professor of law at Stevenson University. She has also served her community as a commissioner on both the Baltimore County Human Relations Commission and the Commission for Women. She earned her B.A. in 2008 and her J.D. in 2014 from the University of Baltimore. She is a proud member of the Maryland Association of Judges of the Orphans' Court.
