Justin Cermak is a water resources engineer with expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, as well as lake, wetland, and stream rehabilitation design. He is originally from Bellevue, Nebraska, and earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Biological Systems Engineering from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. His graduate research focused on storm hydrograph simulation for evaluating conservation buffers.
