Kara Toone

Kara Toone, a lifelong Utahn and Republican, is running for Utah State House District 14. A Davis County resident for over 40 years, she lives in Clearfield with her family. Toone holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Utah and serves as Executive Director of the Davis Education Foundation. Active in the Republican Party, she advocates for conservative principles and community service. Her platform includes supporting law enforcement, responsible education spending, practical water policies, government transparency, and local-state cooperation on housing and infrastructure. Toone plans not to run a bill in her first legislative session, proposing effectiveness extends beyond passing legislation.
