Karen A. Lemon

Karen A. Lemon is a Republican candidate for Register of Wills in Wicomico County, Maryland. First elected to the office in 1994 as a Democrat, she has since transitioned to the Republican Party. Prior to her election, Lemon dedicated twenty-one years to the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. As Register of Wills, she spearheaded the digital preservation of original county documents dating back to 1867. Lemon serves on the Executive Committee of the Maryland Register of Wills Association. A committed community leader, she advises the Salisbury Salvation Army and Women Supporting Women, and is a lifetime member of the local Volunteer Firemen's Association.
