Karl Bohnak is an American politician and former meteorologist serving as the representative for Michigan's 109th House of Representatives district. A Republican, he assumed office in 2025. Prior to his political career, Bohnak was a well-known chief meteorologist for television stations WLUC-TV and WZMQ-TV in Michigan's Upper Peninsula for over 30 years. He is also a published author and historian focusing on regional weather and the history of the Upper Peninsula.
