Kathryn L. Gregg, also known as Katy Gregg, is the current District Attorney for North Carolina's 22nd Prosecutorial District, a role to which she was appointed in 2024. She earned her bachelor's degree from High Point University and her Juris Doctor from the Appalachian School of Law. Prior to her appointment as District Attorney, she served as an assistant district attorney and worked as an associate at The Berger Law Firm, where her practice included family law, criminal law, and estate administration.
